Web485/Web232 Windows Driver Update

Hardware Requirements:

Web485 Board or Web232 Board

USB-to-Type C cable for Web485 board

Software Requirements:

Windows 10 and newer x86 and x64. 

Windows 8 and newer x86 and x64. 

Symptoms: 

When visiting https://apps.tibbo.com and using any WebUSB enabled app with Web232 or Web485, no devices appear on the connection list. 

The Web485/Web232 hardware has no driver installed. 

Cause:

Optional driver updates are disabled.  

Resolution: 

Install the driver from Windows Update or install the driver manually. 

Installing Optional Updates: 

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Update & Security.
3. Select Windows Update.
   
4. Select View Optional Updates.
   
   
5. Select Driver Updates.
   
   
   
6. Select Tibbo Technology Inc. - USB.
   
7. Select Download and Install.
   
8. Verify the driver is installed in Device Manager.
