Sometimes, you might need to connect one of our devices directly to your computer, either for setup or troubleshooting.
Most of all computers now a day uses DHCP to obtain IP address, this means that once you disconnect from your local network, you might lose your IP address, in which case would mean that communication to your Tibbo Device would not work.
To rectify this problem, please refer to the Microsoft Support Article "Change TCP/IP Settings."
